Go Digital!
Newspapers and Magazines: The Library subscribes to over 360 magazines in print, but with the online databases you have access to thousands of titles, most of which you can read in full. You can find information on health, science, the arts, car repair and more in these online databases. We have sorted the databases by subject area to help get you started, but feel free to contact us with any questions about finding quality information in these online resources.
Music: Try streaming music to your computer! These databases have music that you can listen to while you work or play at your computer. The Library subscribes to Music Online, a comprehensive online music resource containing a classical music library, contemporary world music, American song and the Smithsonian Global Sound Collection.
eAudiobooks: With your Library card you can download and listen to unabridged eAudiobooks. Bestsellers, book club favourites, award-winning authors, children's Newberry and Caldecott winners are all available as well as non-fiction in areas like business. More than 1500 titles for all ages are downloadable. You can use the MP3 format titles on your iPod. For more information and FAQs read our Netlibrary page.
